Return & Cancellation Policy
Although we don’t accept returns, please email our customer service team at kellyann@azimuthtransactions.com for any questions regarding your order.

*If your package arrived broken, depending on availability, we may offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit for the broken item. BUYERS MUST SEND PROOF OF THE BROKEN ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Custom Orders
Please note that custom cups and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Items purchased on sale or during a sale event are also final sale.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase (If it has not been made). Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping & Delivery
Cup & Pour Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been scanned by the mail carrier. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded or replaced.
